Hot Forging

By hitting iron heated to approximately 1000℃ with a hammer, the metal structure becomes denser, forming a special structure called grain flow lines. This is a characteristic of hot forging, which cannot be formed by casting, which involves melting and hardening iron, or cutting, which involves cutting it.
